Not at all! Our sessions are open to women of all abilities - whether you’ve never played before or you’re looking to get back into the game, you’ll fit right in. The focus is on having fun and getting fit, not competition.

  • Will there be any matches during the sessions?

No, these sessions are all about fun and fitness. There are no matches at all—just enjoyable, light-hearted football activities designed to keep you active and entertained.

  • What if I’m not confident in my football skills?

Don’t worry! Our women’s-only sessions are designed to build your confidence and skills in a supportive, judgment-free environment. Whether you're a beginner or just want to improve, this is the perfect place for you.

  • What is theCoaches Challenge?

At the end of every session, we finish with a funCoaches Challenge. It’s a fun activity led by the coach, designed to wrap up the session on a high note. It’s all about having a laugh and testing your skills in a relaxed way—no pressure, just fun! Come and see if you can beat the coach at their own game!

  • How are these sessions different from regular football training?

Our women’s-only sessions are specifically focused on fun and fitness. There’s no pressure to compete or perform, and we emphasize enjoyment over winning. It’s a welcoming space to play football, make friends, and stay active.

  • Is the environment supportive of beginners

Absolutely! We pride ourselves on creating an inclusive and supportive atmosphere where women of all skill  and fitness levels feel comfortable. Whether you’re new to football or just haven’t played in a while, you’ll find plenty of encouragement and no judgment.

  • What should I bring to the sessions?

Just wear comfortable sportswear and trainers, and bring a bottle of water. We provide everything else you’ll need for a great session.

This sessions is catered to our female clients who would prefer to experience Moveball in a women-only environment.

Please note our Moveball coach in Winnersh is male.
