Moveball sessions are fitness sessions that blend elements of football, HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training), and circuit training to provide a safe, fun, and dynamic workout experience.

Moveball offers unique fitness sessions based around football. You can reignite or build a passion for a sport widely recognized as the best in the world, without the risk of injury or the competitive element. Work towards individual fitness goals in a fun way, with a focus on encouragement, positivity, and community - without fear of being judged. Moveball offers a fun, motivating way to work towards your fitness goals.

Moveball sessions are open to adults of all fitness levels and football abilities. Participants are encouraged to operate at their own pace, making it accessible for everyone, regardless of their current fitness level or skill level.

Absolutely! Moveball sessions are designed to cater to individuals of all fitness levels and football abilities. The emphasis is on progress, improvement, and having fun in a supportive environment.

The minimum age for a session is 21 and there is no maximum age. We encourage everyone to join in - as long as you feel comfortable to do so and ensure you operate at your own pace - only you know your body and how it is feeling. Do not push yourself above your limits.

Moveball sessions are fun and friendly. You will be attending sessions with like-minded people. We want to build a community of people who will not only support each other through their fitness and football journeys but also in business or everyday life. We aim to build more than just football sessions, something that you'll want to be part of for life!

Moveball wishes to make football accessible to more adults and prioritizes safety and well-being. We aim to reduce injury risks and encourage participation from individuals who are currently hesitant about playing football due to competitiveness or feeling inadequate. We focus on improving fitness and enjoyment of football, rather than determining the best player. Whether you're reigniting your passion, trying football for the first time, or improving fitness for team play, Moveball welcomes you to join without the pressure of competitive matches.

- Health and Safety

We aim to reduce the number of football-related injuries, by ensuring there are no matches and everybody sticks to the non-contact rule. All drills will be focused on you as an individual and will always be non-contact. As always with any type of physical activity, there is a risk of injury - but that is significantly reduced by the lack of contact and matches. The potential risk of injury will revolve around the individual's own body - which only you know. So you are encouraged to participate at your own pace and not overexert yourself.

If you get injured or feel sick, please tell the coach. All of our coaches have basic first aid training.

All of our coaches are DBS checked to the basic level by Gov.uk.

- Booking and payment

You do have to book in advance to avoid disappointment and to ensure we are able to get the prime number of people at the sessions. Please book through our website where we can accept various payment methods. Our coaches will not be able to accept card or cash payments on the day.

Yes, there is also the ability to book sessions in blocks of 10. This will guarantee your spot in a session and will also be cheaper than booking single sessions!

We'd love to see you for 10 straight weeks, which will enhance your fitness results and overall experience, but block bookings can be utilized over a maximum period of 3 months from the booking date. Dates can be chosen/amended to suit your plans.

We will email you with reminders in the lead up to the session. We will also create and add you to a venue-specific WhatsApp group.
