Book 1 of our football-based fitness sessions. A Moveball session blend elements of football, HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training), and circuit training to provide a safe, fun, and dynamic workout experience.

To ensure you're prepared for the session, please wear clothing suitable for being active as well as being suitable for the weather. For footwear, astro trainers are recommended. If not an option, standard trainers or very short moulded boots would be ok. Please also remember to bring a water bottle.
Before you attend your first session we will need you to sign our Waiver
Designed to cater to adults of all abilities and fitness levels, whether you're a complete beginner or a seasoned player, these sessions are tailored to help you improve your fitness while enjoying the dynamics of football - at a pace that suits you and your current fitness levels.
With football-inspired circuit training incorporated into each session, you'll get plenty of touches on the ball, providing a dynamic and engaging workout experience.
Towards the end of the session, you'll have the opportunity to participate in the coach's challenge, where you can put your skills to the test against yourself and others. This friendly competition not only adds an extra layer of excitement but also allows you to gauge your progress and celebrate achievements. Plus, as we expand our network and open more venues, you'll have the chance to compete against a wider range of participants, fostering even more camaraderie and friendly rivalry within our growing community.
